Debonair Builders was established in 2013, in the picturesque Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Vaughn, the founder of Debonair Builder, after many years of shopfitting, joinery, carpentry and commercial work, found a love and appreciation for building elevated homes and architecturally designed one-off dwellings.

Meet the Team
Vaughn - Principal
Vaughn is a licensed builder and the proud owner of Debonair Builders.
Vaughn has been in the building industry for 20 + years, starting out in shopfitting and joinery, then transitioned into carpentry.
The opportunity to work as a site manager on Architect Designed Houses arose and that's where his love of building and design began.
After many years constructing exquisite homes, Vaughn took on the role as estimator, then project managed commercial and housing developments before founding his own business in 2013.
He has an impeccable eye for detail and loves feature timber and creating functional designer housing.
Toby - Apprentice
Toby is Debonair Builders star Apprentice.
Toby is in his third year of his apprenticeship and is an integral part of Debonair Builders. We hold high hopes for Toby within the company.
Jono - Senior Carpenter
Jono is our Senior Carpenter with over 30 + years of experience.
Jono has a calm approach and provides an impeccable level of finish with his ability on the tools. He is a reliable and valued team member of Debonair Builders.

We live in Melbourne with a holiday house in Coolum. Our Coolum property needed major work to the roof along with other general carpentry, plumbing and painting needs.
I met Vaughn onsite to discuss the issues. From there I was provided with a very completive price along with a comprehensive program.
